All participants receive the following in the Co-op SMT Package:
- Guaranteed Minimum TV Impressions (before pitching even begins): 1.5mm in viewership through our exclusive partnership with INN (Independent News Network)
- Radio News Release: Guaranteed listenership of approximately 2.1mm
- Guaranteed Online Placement via streaming media on: Google Video, Yahoo Video, YouTube and Revver
- Bookings are a combination of TV and radio
- Rate: Call for pricing – all inclusive for pre and post production (media alert, pitching and reporting), spokesperson (make-up artist), studio and catering. Please note: There is an additional charge of approximately $500 per participant if a hair stylist is needed.
Development:
- Identify the appropriate spokesperson
- Research current events for news tie-ins
- Write media alerts and suggested anchor lead-in and questions
Media Relations:
- A combined scheduling of 18-22 television and radio bookings
Production:
- Edit roll-in video (to be provided by client) for TV stations to use as teaser video. If client cannot provide footage KEF Media will shoot minimal footage to provide to stations.
- KEF to schedule broadcast satellite time, uplink/downlinks, phone lines, camera(s) and crew, et.al.
- Full studio set-up
- Broadcast live from KEF Media’s studio in Atlanta, GA or on location. For Co-op SMTs that are done on location additional fees apply
- Producer/Director, spokesperson (including media training) and make-up artist
Post Tour Wrap-up:
- Nielsen SIGMA encoding and VMS monitoring used for reporting
- Verbal follow-up confirmations by media team
- Two (2) Airchecks provided (Co-op producer to select)
- Reporting includes audience impressions and ad value dollars
