TV News Veteran Will Manage Spanish-Language Media Projects
ATLANTA, March 2006—Javier Robles, a native of Miami and a former news and sports producer for Univision and Telemundo, has joined KEF Media Associates.
Robles, assistant vice president and director of Spanish-language media relations, will manage and advise KEF clients on all projects involving the Hispanic market.
“Javier comes to us as a seasoned news professional and has the extensive experience to counsel our clients with news directed to the Spanish-speaking market,” said Kevin Foley, president of KEF Media.
Robles has 20 years of experience in the radio and television news business, starting as an audio technician and field producer for the Spanish International Network and working his way up to editor and producer at Univision, Telemundo and the mun2 Network in Florida.In addition, he has worked as an assignment editor at four TV stations including WPIX in New York.
KEF Media Associates, a 20-year-old firm headquartered in Atlanta, produces and distributes audio and video news for public relations and marketing professionals to media via a variety of modes.The company also produces “Barbecue America,” a nationwide cooking program aired on Public TV.
